ART TOS

- My art is not to be used for AI of any kind, NFTs or any similar concepts.
- My art may not be used for any commercial purposes unless discussed with me personally.
- Please do not edit my artwork without permission, I probably wont mind if you just ask.

CHARACTER DESIGN TOS

- I don't mind if you change character designs I have created, as long as the character is still recognizable from the original and you still credit me for the original design.
- Please do not sell my designs for more than they were purchased for without adding additional art (of your own or others)
- You may create and sell merchandise featuring characters I have created that you currently own, as long as it uses art that you created or that you have explicit, written permission to use.

INFO / FAQ

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?- I accept payments via cashapp, venmo, zelle or paypal (cashapp preferred)
- I'm also willing to discuss trades for Steam games. wishlistHOW WILL THE PROCESS GO?- You will give me a description of what you want me to draw (as detailed as possible, please, feel free to send me reference images!)
- You will send me the agreed upon amount of money (You will NOT receive your finished commission until I receive full payment.) or we will go about our discussed trade
- I will send you sketches and work in progress photos to make sure everything looks how you'd like.
- I will send you the finished piece on your preferred platform (Discord, email, toyhouse upload, etc.)
- I can not make large changes to a piece once it has been finished, but small tweaks are usually possible.WHAT WON'T YOU DRAW?- I do not take commissions for any kind of sexual or pornographic art.
- Complex machinery/technology (mechs, robots, etc.)
- Offensive or harmful content (ableism, transphobia, homophobia, racism, incest, etc.)
- Excessive gore and violence
- Human characters
- Extremely complex designs
- Recreations of other artist's styles
